AC37 - Jeddah - The Good and the Bad

This morning it looked touch and go here in Jeddah with barely any breeze, but by start time there was 6-7 knots, enough for teams to clock up 30knots downwind!!

The breeze stayed in long enough for three nail biting races in which the Vilanova champions had a shocker, 'My worst day's sailing', according to American Magic's Tom Slingsby.

Meanwhile, INEOS Britannia were lucky to get out there at all by the sounds of it.

So, on a day that had more stories to tell than you might expect given the light breeze, today's 'thought for the day' focusses on my post race conversations with Ben and Tom.

The good and the bad, (days on the water).
